Ingredients
- 1 Apple (Cored)
- Juice of ½ Lemon
- 7 Black Kale Leaves
- 1 Celery Stalk
- 1 Handful Flat Leaf Parsley
- 1 tea spoon freshly ground Ginger
- 300ml cold water or Coconut water

Method:
If using a juicer: Add all the ingredients and enjoy!
If using a blender: Add all the above ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour over ice. This recipe makes one serving.
