These turkeys come as day olds and are slow reared on grassy pastures to maturity at 6 months! They're kept them in a small flock to promote natural behaviour.
Feeding
They're fed on an additive free cereal diet. It helps to give them a delicious taste and succulent meat texture.
In order to help develop the full flavour of the turkeys they are dry plucked and hung for 10 – 14 days.
