Apr 06, 2020 Subscription payments Your first subscription payment will be taken from your account on the date your first order is made. Payment is then allocated to the orders that have gone onto our system and will come out of your bank on a recurring basis dependent on your frequency. Where there is a delay in getting your first order to you, we are working to ensure this is refunded to you and will get to each and every one of you and have put in additional measures to try and stop this in the future.
