Lincolnshire Herbs were first established in 1998, just outside the market town of Bourne. Having started with 3 acres of field space, the herb company have steadily gone from strength to strength. They now maintain 8 acres worth of state-of-the-art facilities built just for herb production, with a further 4 acres of land in the pipeline for acquisition and expansion. Lincolnshire Herb’s best-seller list features Basil, Coriander and Parsley, with Mint and Chives swiftly increasing in popularity. With recent additions of Thai Basil, Greek Basil, Sorel and Oregano, there are numerous flavour combinations ready to be enjoyed when combined with our ever popular vegetable boxes.
