  Subscription payments

  Your first subscription payment will be taken from your account on the date your first order is made. Payment is then allocated to the orders that have gone onto our system and will come out of your bank on a recurring basis dependent on your frequency.

  Where there is a delay in getting your first order to you, we are working to ensure this is refunded to you and will get to each and every one of you and have put in additional measures to try and stop this in the future.

  Apologies for the confusion for those who have been able to select a delivery date, we are currently unable to remove that facility and we are currently UNABLE to accept requests for specific dates.

  Our phonelines have temporarily crashed

  Due to the high volume of calls our phonelines have crashed. The engineers are working on this and should be operating again as soon as possible. 

  Don't worry we have plenty of produce and are working very hard to get your orders out to you.

  We have a high volume of emails so unless urgent there could be some delay in reply but we will get round  to everyone.
