Homemade Burgers with Wholegrain Mustard
Serves 4
Ingredients:
100g Onions, chopped
600g Beef Mince
60g Robust Wholegrain Mustard
10g Butter
1 Clove Garlic, crushed
2 Eggs
1.5 tsp Salt
0.5 tsp Ground Pepper
1 tsp White Breadcrumbs
A little OIive OilMethod:
Heat the Olive Oil in a pan and cook the Onions on a medium heat until soft and transparent in colour.When cooked, place in a bowl along with the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Leave to rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
Using your hands, shape into 4 burgers and place onto a slightly oiled tray.
Either grill, oven roast or panfry the beef burgers until cooked through.
Serve with a crisp green salad, a soft white roll and top with more mustard!
