Jul 07, 2021 Homemade Burgers with Wholegrain Mustard Serves 4 Ingredients:100g Onions, chopped600g Beef Mince60g Robust Wholegrain Mustard10g Butter1 Clove Garlic, crushed2 Eggs1.5 tsp Salt0.5 tsp Ground Pepper1 tsp White BreadcrumbsA little OIive Oil Method:Heat the Olive Oil in a pan and cook the Onions on a medium heat until soft and transparent in colour. When cooked, place in a bowl along with the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Leave to rest in the fridge for 1 hour. Using your hands, shape into 4 burgers and place onto a slightly oiled tray. Either grill, oven roast or panfry the beef burgers until cooked through. Serve with a crisp green salad, a soft white roll and top with more mustard!
